There are 3 young black and white (neutered!) male rats caged together at a San Francisco Bay Area, California shelter who need to find home(s) by this Sunday, March 19th. The staff can pet them and pick them up and although they are a little shy and tend to run away when someone starts to pick them up, they have never bitten any staff members. They are reportedly fairly young and I suspect they will not stay shy for long since apparently they already enjoy being pet -- just not yet used to being picked up. If you can help one or more of they guys, please write to me ASAP for more information.
For those of you who remember the 4 baby rats I was looking for homes for, I am very grateful to Nancy for adopting all four of them before their time ran out!
Thank you!
