On the agenda:
- Working at the shows the following week managing the reserved grooming area as we have previously. Gary needs our help to set up on Tuesday, and man the info desk in the grooming area thereafter, especially the first few days. If you can give Gary a half day or two, speak up!
- Details for the specialty on 12/9. We’re down to the wire and looks like we have a GREAT entry – almost 50 dogs for each specialty including 4 pt majors for dogs and FIVE pt majors for bitches. We’ll be getting it scheduled this weekend and have more details by the meeting.
- National specialty planning – it’s coming together really nicely! We’ll talk about where we are, what we need need to be doing in the next couple of months and other fun stuff. We’ll have handouts at the meeting and hopefully the area KCA members who have also volunteered to help will be able to join us.
- Membership application – Marlene Presser has submitted an application to join the club that we need to address. Hope she’ll be down to see us all too!
- Nominating committee report – it’s that time of year again...if you’d like to take a role with the club as an officer or board member, please let Kathy Gray know.
See you all on SATURDAY December 3, 2 pm at La Provence Restaurant – come hungry (or at least needing a delicious snack!)
