Current discussion will center on the proposals to pass a statewide mandatory spay/neuter and breeder licensing law in NC.

Share ideas, resources approaches. AR questions okay for educational purposes, but this is not an animal rights debate list -- it is for people who want to keep their rights. We do discuss some related topics such as breeding practices, rescue policies, various organizations, etc. Private and commercial breeders, hunters, rescuers and pet owners welcome -- we're in this together and must learn to work together if we are to own cats and dogs in the future.
