A network for New York City residents working with feral cats and performing Trap-Neuter-Return. New members must have taken an approved three-hour TNR Training Workshop (for a schedule, go to: www.neighborhoodcats.org/events).

The group has three rules: (1) no trash-talking of other organizations and individuals, (2) posts must be related to the topic of feral cats in New York City, and (3) no disclosure in group emails of the exact location of colonies or individual cats.
