The National Great Pyrenees Rescue email group is a privately owned/moderated list managed by National Great Pyrenees Rescue, Inc., a 501-c-3 not for profit organization. The list was created to coordinate Great Pyrenees rescue operations on a national basis and to promote the sharing of rescue information, leads and concerns among the active, involved pyr rescue volunteers serving in all the states.

This list is not open to non-rescue individuals and is reserved for those rescuers that have been approved as active, involved Great Pyrenees rescuers.

The NGPR list focuses on problems/issues that face Pyr rescue on a national basis as well as following up on dogs that are not covered by any known pyr rescuer in a state.
