Naturally Reared Chows

Welcome! Naturally Reared Chows is a list that is dedicated to the discussion of issues that center around all practices that involve natural rearing. It is a group that is open to folks who care for Chows as well as other related Northern breeds including, but not limited to, Samoyeds, Keeshonden, Huskies, Eskies, Akitas, Malamutes, etc. and any cross thereof.

While this group will focus around the subject of providing our dogs an evolutionary raw diet, other topics of discussion will include building the immune system naturally, alternative methods of health care, homeopathy, the vaccination issue, herbs, supplements, natural whelping, etc.

Most of us are somewhere along the journey towards more natural rearing practices and if you would like to continue your own personal journey, please feel free to join us. This is intended to be a low volume information dense discussion group with periodic guests who will address specific aspects of natural rearing.
