A listing for animal rescuers (mostly dog but we do have cat, guinea pig, bird, and other small animal rescuers as well) in Nebraska and surrounding states. A place for rescuers to meet and share ideas or just talk about rescue in general. Everyone is expected to remain civil and to ask their questions in a positive manner. If you have unanswered issues, this list is the place to continue to ask about those. Again, this will be done in a positive manner. FLAMING WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT BE TOLERATED! You may disagree, but you will do so without accusatory language and the discussion will remain civil. ***CROSSPOSTING OF MESSAGES FROM THIS LIST WILL RESULT IN YOUR IMMEDIATE REMOVAL***

We will also be sending messages about any animals that are available for rescue and fostering. We also handle transport needs and home visit requests.

We are NOT an animal rights group. Anyone posting aggressive animal rights propaganda will be banned. We are here to protect the welfare of all animals. There are other groups out there to promote aggressive animal rights. Posting of petitions or animal rights issues is not allowed here. If you're unsure of your post, send it to the list owner for approval.
