NEER is a group formed to get all New Englanders together in the most effective network possible. We need to find good homes, foster homes, volunteers, transport, advice, referrals, and as much support as we can to help stop the abuse, neglect, and slaughter of American horses. We are constantly networking with other rescues and appreciate everyone who wants to help.

Lots of lies are spread by those who do nothing BUT lie,
and it hurts the horses more than anything. If you want
