NEER is a group formed to get all New Englanders together in the most effective network possible. We need to find good homes, foster homes, volunteers, transport, advice, referrals, and as much support as we can to help stop the abuse, neglect, and slaughter of American horses. We are constantly networking with other rescues and appreciate everyone who wants to help.

If you can help by being a foster home, please let us know. We
can't continue to save horses if we have nowhere to put them.
We REALLY need foster homes!!! And we REALLY need financial help to continue to support the horses that we have in our care now. People don't seem to realize that pulling a horse from the kill pen is JUST the beginning.

~ALL horses that go through NEER, do so with a contract,
unless specifically stated otherwise. We do not sell horses.
We do NOT breed horses. And we do not euthanize for space.

~And PLEASE check things out carefully before actually
believing the lies that are often told about rescues.
Lots of lies are spread by those who do nothing BUT lie,
and it hurts the horses more than anything. If you want
to know...please ASK!
