Description

This Group (created by the founders of New Guinea Singing Dog International - http://www.freewebs.com/singingdogs) is dedicated to promoting the conservation of the world's most primitive dog both in Zoo's and in private homes.

Talk about NGSD's: ownership, rescue, training, care, description of, related sites, groups, pictures of, information, news about, breeders, breeding, obtaining, rescue of, auction of, and other related topics exclusively about the breed "New Guinea Singing Dog".

No flames! This is for efforts in educating people and exchanging information on New Guinea singing Dogs. This is not a forum for bashing owners, zoos, breeders, pet shops, exporters, auctioneers etc.

No inappropriate, or non-ngsd related material will be allowed.

Note: If your have found us seeking just your average dog for your home, MOVE ON!! NGSD's or Singers as some refer to are not for everyone. They are not your domesticated house pet nor are they your designer dog. They are a wild canid with a high instinctual prey drive. It takes a special individual to own one. Once bonded with you however, it can also be a rewarding experience.
