Hi Folks,

 

The final NHS Crystal Crown Ride scores and division results have been posted at www.NokesvilleHorseSociety.org.  Participants should have received their scores by email last week. 

A photo album from the ride has also been posted at the site.  A second photo album will be added soon.  Thank you to Jane Hampton and Ben Pittman for the great photos.

 

Thanks to all the participants for coming out after a very challenging time with the weather reschedule.  And a special thank you to all the great volunteers that made this event a success, and to the planners, Marlys Shoup and Julie Sanders for a “second to none”, outstanding effort once again, 7 years in a row !

Where is your favorite place to trail ride?

 

Our new Trail Ride Director for 2010 is holding a special trail ride planning meeting, tonight, Tuesday, Nov. 17 at Carini's Pizza (formerly Joe's Pizza) in Nokesville.

This planning meeting is for anyone and everyone interested in trail riding to help plan some exciting trail ride events for 2010.

We want your ideas, your thoughts, your favorite places to ride, to camp & ride, and your 2 cents!

Meeting Time: 7pm

Guest Speaker - Dr. Melinda Freckleton, DVM (Haymarket Vet Service)
Topic: "Ask The Vet" 
Our "social time", begins at 7:00 PM, with a potluck.  Although it is not required, feel free to bring your favorite dish to share. Our meeting follows the social time and begins at 7:30 PM.

Notes:   The NHS monthly meeting is held the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Meetings are normally held at the Marsteller Middle School, 14000 Sudley Manor Dr.,Bristow, VA 20136. Social time begins at 7:00pm, followed by a short business meeting at 7:30, and then followed by the special guest speakter each month.
