I asked about the conference dates because last year we had our respective conferences the same week, although on different days. Ours is a Sunday-Monday-Tuesday schedule, usually at State College in November. (16-17-18 this year.)  It would be unfortunate for either group's event to suffer because of the other.

Michael,

Thanks for the link update.  I just started some update work on the PVCA site, so changing that link will be on the list.  
PVCA has an executive meeting coming up later this month, I believe.  I will check with the folks in charge to see what the annual conference date and location will be.  I think the 2003 conference is in State College, but I will confirm that for you this week if I can.
