Description

Paws and Claws Pet Rescue is a service club at Mayflower High School that raises funds for spay, neuter, micro chipping, and veterinary care for homeless animals and families needing help caring for their pets.

Club members go to the local shelter after school and on weekends to clean cages, walk the dogs, and feed and water the animals. They also socialize the animals and help with placing them into good permanent homes.

GONE TO RESCUE! Buster, our blue heeler puppy, Roxie, our rottie mix, Lee, our blonde pit bull puppy, Romeo, our handsome Carolina dog, and five cats, including Sherbie and Thomas - two of our long-time residents!

FEATURED PHOTO: Frankie Blue Eyes, our gorgeous husky went to his forever home in Fairfield Bay. His new humans are head over heels in love with him and consider themselves a Family of Three. What a happy beginning for him!
