Hi S.

Dr. Suarez is the local "government" vet in Pisco and would have
been more administrative. Dr. Donayre is the Director of
Health, District of Ica. There are photos of both in the photos
section here.

I think that this group would be a great place to coordinate
independents' trips. I met at least 2 dedicated vols who would
be more than happy to connect with large groups on the scene
rather than wait for medium or small groups to show, mobilize
and choose up teams.

Ideas?
