Founded online in 2002, Prayer List For Pets is not only one of the first prayer lists for pets on the internet but it is exactly what it says. A place to post prayer requests for and about any pet or animal related situation. We are a support group, not merely a list. Replying to posts in a group like this is so important because it is through the group participation that we help one another. I hope you understand.

You may post as often as you wish about your pet's situation. You are not limited to one post. Also feel free to give updates. For human prayer requests, for humans in need of prayer please go to our sister site: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/prayerlistforpets_human/

You don't have to join this list to get prayer for any animal in need. To send in a prayer request, send it to:

The owner will post the prayer request to the group. If you are writing about your pet, I will post your email address and others will be able to write back to you directly. Should you prefer the prayer request to be anonymous, let me know and your email address will not be shared. Similarly, if you are writing about a friend's pet or an animal situation you know of, send us their email address in your request so we can reach them too. If you just want the request to go up anonymously, please let the owner know and no address will be posted with it.
