The purpose of the Rhode Island Animal Rescue Network is to join together members of various rescue groups and those who do individual rescue in their spare time, in order to pool resources and work together to reduce the number of animals euthanized in our local shelters.
This list can also be used as a resource for coordinating transport, looking for assistance, abuse complaints received, and other animal related needs. Needs of all types of animals are welcome. Petfinder.org cross posting is welcome to increase exposure and chances for adoption. Anyone who devotes any amount of time to animal rescue in RI is welcome to join this group.
