I had that happen last year with a couple of my rabbits - just got bald around the eyes. Treated for mites with advantage (couldn't see any) and it went away....

It may be mites - had some that lost the hair around their eyes last year (couldn't see mites) . Treated with advantage and it went away, hair grew back fine....
