Howdy friends,

I've been silent lately because I've been buried in starting a new
charter school. Hopefully things will eventually settle down pretty
soon and I can make time for the forums again.

Today I turned on moderation for "New Members" so we can avoid the
occassional spam that comes through. But I don't really know what that
means. It's supposed to work by submitting only new members to a one
time moderation in which they become unmoderated after I approve their
first message. What I don't know is whether existing members will also
be subjected to a first time moderation. ...so we'll see.
