This is a list for Roan American Cocker Spaniel lovers; Roan breeders, people who show their Roans, Roan owners, and those that just want to chat about Roans. There will be no flaming, attacks, or nasty words exchanged on this list AT ALL, but people are free to speak their minds in a mature discussion format. No over-the-top emotions please :o) Members are not required to own Roan Cockers, just love them and want to discuss and learn about them. Group is developing a database of roan pedigrees, has a website that discusses roaning for the lay person, has photos of roans in all colors, and member links. This group was designed for Roan America Cocker Spaniel educational and professional purposes and the improvement of the Roan through increased knowledge. Members will be warned only once about language or attacks, flaming or nasty language aimed at another member and will be moderated from then on, but if it continues will be expunged from the list. Breeders of questionable ethics need not apply for membership - we are not here to promote the breeding of Roans for profit, and those that join purely for that reason will be removed.
