This group is dedicated to the rescue and adoption of small pets in southeast kansas and the surrounding area including Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Please join if you need to find a new home for your pet, would like to volunteer to help the rescue, or are looking to adopt a small animal that is in need of a home. Small animals include any small pets such as ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, reptiles, sugar gliders etc, basically anything but cats, dogs, horses and livestock. There is a great need in this area for a service like this because the local animal rescues are focused on dogs and cats and generally will not accept or cannot provide assistance for small animals.
