Second Time Around Aussie Rescue, Inc. (STAAR) is a volunteer group devoted to the rescue of purebred Australian Shepherds. The list is intended to help networking, information sharing on available dogs and applicants, support and problem solving for STAAR rescue volunteers, special volunteers, foster homes and anyone else interested in Aussie rescue.
