This list is NOT, however, a place for rude comments and personal attacks (known as flames),or vulgar language.
Personal attacks on subscribers via private e-mail are also not allowed. The list moderators reserve the right to ban from the list anyone who engages in persistent flaming.

The list does not allow advertising by vendors, other than the advertising banners posted by egroups.com.

Rescue activities are strongly encouraged and posts about OES requiring assistance are welcome. Any posts regarding fund raising must be approved by the list moderators before submitting to the list. All request will only be allowed to submit ONE EMAIL about their fund-raiser.
