The Shelter Dog Support Group is a team of volunteers who work to keep dogs from going into the animal shelters, and keep them from going back to the shelter after they are adopted. We offer advise on how to introduce your adopted shelter dog into your new home, and advise on how to keep your dog in your home if you are contemplating on relinguishing your dog to an animal shelter. The services that we offer are free to low income dog owners, and very low cost to those who can afford to pay. The group was started by Paw'd Squad, Karma Rescue, and Downtown Dog Rescue in order to keep more dogs out of the shelters.
