Description

A wonderful and rare breed from the more isolated island of Shikoku. This is a breed that still retains its primitive aura and is being used today by Japanese breeders still as a hunting dog. They were established as a Natural monument in Japan in 1937.

For those who have been "touched" by their spirit: This is a place to share stories, discuss and learn more about the breed.
