Description

Since 1999, SoWestLep has been a listserv dedicated to the discussion of the Butterfly species that occur in Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, northern and Southern Baja California and Sonora, Mexico. Texas has its own listserv and is not covered here.

We're most interested in sightings of any kind and any discussions about the Butterflies of the region. Taboo is the debate of Collecting/Anti-collecting.

Gardinia anopla
I have tentatively identified this as Gardinia anopla, but I can find very little info, and the date is much earlier that dates for adults in Powell and Opler.
