Dear Lepsters,
A tardy report as I was awaiting confirmation. On 9 July, I photographed a male
Broad-banded Swallowtail (Papilio astyalus) in the yard. It was nectaring on
verbena. An afternoon shower just a few minutes after I found it caused it to
disappear forever. I have posted a couple shots on my website at:
