An unidentified Lestid with a particularly long
abdomen and dull metallic green dorsal throax and
abdomen was observed at a seep spring on the east side
of Lane Salt Lake NE of Caprock on July 31, 2004. A
male and female Lestes alacer were taken from the
vegetated edge of a playa lake north of Caprock on the
same day.

Libellula luctuosa, Argia nahuana, Telebasis salva,
and Erythrodiplax basifusca were identified from
images on a pond web blog out of Tatum, New Mexico.
