Chato needs out help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Chato is a wonderful dog at east  valley  that  was dumped by his owner. He is listed as a terrier because they have no way of putting Russian sheepdog on computer.  He really looks like a PB South Russian Owtcharka Sheepdog and is at least 100 lb. THis poor boy is killing me. He does not look like he belong in the shelter. Although he needs a grooming he still looks very regal as Russian Sheepdogs do.  The shelter RVT thinks he is 10 yrs old but he looks and acts much  much younger to me. He is very sweet but very  depressed about being in the shelter.

 

He is a very large dog and will have little chance of getting adopted due to his size and age.and the public not recognizing his breed.  

 

If anyone out there knows a rescue for this sweet boy please let them know that he needs help ASAP!!   Impound # 697653

 

NOTE: THis dog look in picture like a chow mix BUT IS NOT A CHOW MIX no where near a chow.
