The former employee of a missing central Kentucky woman is due in court Monday afternoon.
Richard Norris Kincaid was arrested in Lexington on Thanksgiving Day.
Investigators say he worked on Patricia Last's farm in Woodford County and might have been one of the last people to see her.
Norris is only charged with receiving stolen property because police say he had several items which were reported missing from Last's farm.
Right now, Kincaid is being held in Woodford County. If he is not transferred to the Boyle County Jail before Monday's hearing, it will have to be rescheduled.
