Welcome to the Suburban Chicagoland Dachshund Lovers!

We are a "members only" social dachshund group open to anyone in the Chicago, Illinois / Wisconsin / Indiana areas and beyond who loves dachshunds and dachshund mixes. Our online community allows for great discussions, humor & support. We have play dates every other month with exciting themes at different locations throughout the Chicagoland suburbs to allow for dachshund socializing. We have several special events per year including fundraisers for doxie rescue groups, vendors & speakers.

We require proof of vaccinations to ensure a safe environment at our get togethers.

We support the efforts of rescue groups & responsible breeding.
No advertising of dogs / litters available or for sale, stud or bitch services will be allowed on this site or at our events.

Dachshund, dachsie, doxie, dashhound, wiener, weiner, sausage dog...it doesn't matter what you call them... It's a Dachshund thing...others just don't understand!
