Our primary goal is to bring together more people, primarily Texans; who are interested in rescuing, fostering, volunteering and transporting (primarily dogs and cats) so more animals have a chance to be saved, placed in forever homes, and loved as they should be.

At this time there are no "hard" restrictions to topic, except that we'd prefer it stay companion animal-related.

We would like to see a focus on Texas Rescue Animals, but will allow posts on other animal RESCUE related issues.

When requesting to join, you MUST send a private email request to the owner (Lisa Jones, Country Paws Rescue, Inc.) at Lovinpaws0916@aol.com.

Include the name of any group(s) you work with, breed or breeds you rescue,(i.e.: mix breed rescue, cat rescue, other animal(s) or specific breed), how long you have been involved in rescue and any other information you think would help give a good overview of your experience in rescue. Also include a rescue reference.
