Welcome to The Ducks' Voice, a group with the ultimate purpose of putting a stop to pate de foie gras production everywhere.

Foie gras is French for "fatty liver," and refers to a diseased state of the liver in which it swells to 6-12 times its natural size, otherwise known as Hepatic lipidosis. This disease is imposed on ducks and geese by forcefully pumping up to 7 pounds of food into their stomachs per day; the equivalent of 28 pounds for a human. This is a heinously cruel process for innumerable reasons.
