Julia, did you have the whole thing ground or do you have certain cuts you want to cook? I bought a lamb recipe book out of Countryside Magazine, called Lamb Country Cooking, by Jill Charlotte Stanford.
Im sure there are others, most likely to be found at Amazon.com
