Hi Everyone,
With the number of horses we currently have in our Rehabilitation barns in the
Richmond Region, we have had an extreme increase in our feed needs! We are
going through almost $1000 a month in feed, not to mention the vet care costs,
farrier, shavings, and teeth floating.

Please reach deep in your pockets or piggy bank and the next time you are at
Southern States, a Purina feed dealer or at Tractor Supply, pick up a gift card
in any amount and either mail it directly to me, the PO box or give it to a
leader or rehab barn manager! Or ask the Rehab Barn manager nearest you what
type of feed they need and buy a bag! A donation receipt will be provided if you
include your contact info.

As you know fundraising is especially hard this year for every group. Several
of the events we usually attend have been canceled due to the economy. Some of
them were very profitable for us. The other events attendance is down so that
means less donations.
