The UV doesn't make you squint because it is invisible (to us humans anyway). It's the lumens of visible that make you look away, squint or put on sunglasses....

On the UVB only graph... the Y axis would need to be expanded a lot to see any vitamin D effective differences. They both look like almost zero 290-300nm rays...
