This groups purpose is to develop within the equine rescues a National standardized plan of emergency operation to aid regional first responders at times of State of Emergency Conditions, Regional or National.
To provide a state by state and federal registry of authorized key contacts data base for on site disaster relief support groups and organizations.

A key communications support center to aid in correct information web based ALERT broadcasting.

If you are a rescue, emergency authorize state or government official, Veterinary University, Veterinary, transport, or any other equine related group or agency, that could be called upon for emergency, we urge you to register.

On site authorized personel will have access to the data bases during time of Emergency, post alerts or set up contact with our board staff for official Alerts to be posted and broadcast over the internet, via Alert Newsletter to registered memberships of equine and animal related web sites, individual Equine members, groups and lists.
