site!  Or rather, you work on a web site for the benefit of your list
memberships.  I would like to announce the opening of a new forum for
you to be able to talk to each other.  Go look at

I named the directory!)  Anyway, it is an interactive forum, with live
posting and the ability for private chatting.  You have to register
and the posts will be watched for inappropriate stuff, but in general
what you post will be there immediately and you can get responses
right away.  I will caution that you should be careful who you listen
too, just like here.

My groups are getting private invites before I blow this open to the
whole world over the next couple of days, so get on over and get
registered first!

I will be looking for some moderators, you can volunteer to moderate a
specific section or two or be a general moderator.  If there is a
topic that deserves it's own section and you want to be in charge of
it, just email me!

I have an original copy of it, paid around 500 dollars for it, and ***IT
IS WORH EVERY CENT***!!! So if you don't have it, and if you can't find
an original, this sounds like a really good option!   :-)

If anyone has any information about any cat books written by Clare
Turlay Newberry or Mary Calhoun, I'd appreciate the info. I like
quality books for my children, and also for myself.  I am currently
reading "The Cat Who..." series by Lillian Jackson Braun.  I don't
have all of the titles, but I'm slowly working toward getting them.

I am a new member. My name is Starr, and I live in Alabama. I have
been an avid reader all of my life, and have tried to pass the love
