Big Dogs Club is an informal club for owners of giant breeds of dog - there are no fees or forms. Our aim is to get together for walks to allow our dogs to be able to socialise with other dogs of their own size. Owning a giant breed of dog can present challenges sometimes, so here will be a place to talk about them, share experiences and photos and tell everyone how great it is to own a Big Dog! We are based on Vancouver Island, in the greater Victoria area. Doesn't matter if you don't live close enough to join in the walks -join us on the web instead!

Membership of our club has only three requirements: that your dog is a giant breed (or mix); that your dog is sociable with other dogs and that your ADULT dog weighs 100 pounds or more.

While we do have members that are giant breed puppies and are growing up to the required weight, for safety's sake,we have a minimum weight requirement for adult dogs.

If you send in a membership request, please make sure that you give at least your first name and the name and breed of your dog.Please also be sure to let us know where you heard about us!
