Wellpet was founded in June of 1996 to help me find a cure for my boy Baron. It quickly became a list to better educate people about what it is that we feed our pets and about the meds that we give them as well. Many lists have sprung from this one, but I have kept this list for the people just venturing into the world of holistic medicine and raw feeding. The list is not restricted to a certain way of feeding i.e. raw, cooked or any special diet. We hope to just teach..and let you do the rest. With the recent pet food recalls we do hope to educate a new group of people who are looking to help their pets eat better.

If you are new to the list, you may hear terms you may never have heard before. Should you have a question, please feel free to ask me or to ask the group. There is no such thing as a stupid question.

The main rule is that there is no advertising of your own product on the list. The only thing I ask is that you take something positive away from your time on here. Whether you are new, returning or just hope to get one answer to a particular question, welcome.
