MISSION: Animal welfare organizations and individuals will work together towards the common goals of ending pet overpopulation through education, spay/neuter, adoption and ensuring the humane treatment of all animals in West TN.
Members of animal welfare organizations and individuals unite in West TN. We are working together to support one another when problems arise, are sharing our knowledge and experience, and are working to create programs for education and spay/neuter.
With nearly eighty organizations helping animals in West TN it's vital that we combine our efforts to educate the public about responsible pet care and training so people are not as inclined to surrender their pets to shelters or abandon them on the side of the road; to support animal welfare officers in court when animal abusers are brought to justice; and to create programs for low cost spay/neuter so that West TN can be a true No-Kill region.
Along with combining efforts of organizations and individuals in West TN, coalition members are working with others in the animal welfare movement across the state of TN to end pet overpopulation statewide.
Whether you represent a West TN animal organization, are an individual caring for animals one by one or are interested in improving animal welfare in general:
