This list is for all those doing Canine rescue (independents and organizations) in the western region of the USA and Canada. This includes the Province of British Columbia and the states of Alaska, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington State.
This is for the rescue of all canine related animals so please join and network. Those in the above states/provinces seeking to adopt a dog, please join. Please know that all rescue organizations that would be posting a dog available for adoption will require an adoption application, reference check and home visit before you could adopt one of their animals. People looking to place their dog are welcome but realize that it will be expected that you utilize the rescue organization's resources and get their assistance in checking out the people interested in your animal. No "free to good home" placements allowed.
