This list is for people who are actually flying pet parrots outdoors. The idea is to give members a safe place to discuss issues that only actual flyers will appreciate and share interest in. Only people who are currently flying parrots are authorized to be on this list. Evidence to this effect will be expected to be provided to the list owner prior to membership approval.
