The Insallah AHC's May auction is open and features "The Classic Arabian Horse,"
authored by Judith Forbis, copyright 1976.

"As old as time itself and as Fleet as its flying moments," the Arabian horse
has remained practically unchanged throughout the more than 3,500 years of the
history of the breed.

Judith Forbis has created the most comprehensive and authoritative work ever on
this subject. The author traces Arabians from 1580 B.C. to the present and
through all the countries where they have been bred. Over 200 photographs and
reproductions of ancient and modern art depict the great horses of the past and
present, conditions under which they were kept, how they were trained and how
the strains were developed.

This is a hard-cover book with original jacket and is in very good shape. The
jacket shows slight wear.

The book comes from a benevolent "member of the Insallah AHC."

Insallah is an internet based Arabian enthusiasts club. We are an approved
Arabian horse club by the Arabian Horse Association (AHA), with all the
privileges, including sending delegates to the AHA National Conventions and the
right to submit resolutions for changes. Our main order of business in working
