Having problems with message search?
Deb, you are correct - for the most part. :) We do have breakfast and lunch covered. We will need a cople of BIG insulated water coolers and a cooler full of ice. Oh yeah, I guess we need water
for the coolers. The new ARF bottles are here and I think everyone will love them - I will bring a couple to the meeting so everyone can see them.
The part that isn't covered is the bar-b-que on Saturday night. We just need to have someone in charge to organize it. It shouldn't be a big deal.

My understanding from the last meeting was that I am really not needed as hospitality, everything was arranged by Kaye. The catering service would cover everything. I just needed to get bottled water, and be there to help with set up.

Hello everyone - this here is Vicki - the trial chair for the upcoming trial in July - I'm just making sure our poop is in a groove for this trial. Deb, Stuart, Kaye - have you finalized the food yet? Lori - do you need to recontact the fort to make sure they know we are getting close to trial date? I know Joni has been in touch with the judge and things are okay on that end. We have ribbons. Jean J. - how is the raffle coming along? Stuart - how many applications do we have? (mine is in the mail!) Unfortunately - quite a few people at the Corvalis trial this past weekend said they would not be coming to our trial so I was curious as to the status of ours. Am I missing anything here? If I am, please let me know. Also, the tunnel bags are here - they are a very pretty teal. Lee - since you are equipment person, would you be the one in charge of getting sand for them? Okay, thanks - over and out.

Marion's message reminded me that I too will be in Billings for the
agility trial so will miss the meeting. I will get you a financial
report next week. If Stuart wants to get rid of some of the entry fees,
since I will not be at the meeting, drop me an e-mail and I will arrange
with you to pick them up and get them recorded and deposited.
I will work on getting the 10X20 shelter parts together and will donate
it to the club as I have no use for it any longer. It has a new, never
used top. I will have to find all the fittings and things before the
trial, but hopefully will be usable then.
Looks like you have folks battling for jobs at the October trial. I am
willing to do about anything except maybe chief ring steward, so let me
know.
