Hairball is the most likely.. a bit young for the nasty tumour causes..but
for those that like to be pessimistic then triaditis (pancreatitis,
duodenitis, ascending cholagniohepatitis) would be next most likely.. then
moving on with unplasant conditions .. congenital kidney or heart disease,
salmonella and other foreign objects ingested..
