The purpose of this group is to provide a place for sharing of information that is related to foster animal care among those who foster animals belonging to the City of Houston Bureau of Animal Regulation & Care (BARC) as well as for sharing information related to volunteer activities that directly benefit BARC animals. This site will allow fosters to help one another with the challenges of raising healthy and well-socialized foster animals and allow volunteers an easy way to share ideas and communicate. It is not a place for, among other things, posts about lost and found non-BARC animals, fund raising information not related to BARC, volunteer activities not related to BARC or BARC animals, poetry, stories about animals other than those belonging to BARC, etc.
