Bee Conservation Project BCP is non governmental organisation dedicated to preserving the honeybees which are endangered by massive hunting in Nigeria. Essentially,the mission of BCP is to preserve the endangered honeybees in order to ensure the wellness of mankind given the vital roles of bees to health, agriculture and the environment. BCP's vision is to put the honeybees in the consciousnes of Nigerians as a vital part of the natural environment and a veritable resource base to empower the rural population economically. To actualise our mission and vision, we embark on beekeeping training and development.BCP also engage in public education to explain the link between the honeybees and sustainable human development. We also engage in apitherapy which is the use of bee products to promote health and healing.
