This is a Free 'Open List', and everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate. It has been started to offer UK Bernese lovers an opportunity to discuss this breed and it's high's and low's in an open, honest fashion. It will hopefully result in better communication between owners/breeders spanning across the UK, Chat nights on Wednesday & Friday night 9.00pm till finish.

There are several rules that must be adhered to, so as to ensure a smooth, non confrontational list.

1. Within 48 hours of joining, you will be required to introduce yourself to the other list members. Your introduction would include any Bernese that you currently own, and/or you reason for joining this list.

This is a requirement to stay on the list.

2. There will be no copying/crossposting, electronically transmitting, of posts, unless you have express permission from the original poster AND the list owner.

3. Posts that contain offensive content to other list members, will result in your future posts being moderated; any further offensive posts will result in cancellation of your membership. If you find a post that is offensive to you, contact the list owner, or reply off the list. The list owner may be unaware of personal insults, and can only do something if she is informed.

4. This is not a list for self promotion. Advertising is not permitted.

5. False identities will be removed and the ISP will be informed of the fraudulent use of its services. So please try to make sure yore Yahoo Profile shows your Real Name and your County/State and Country and Gender and possibly a photo of a Bernese or you :-).
