Welcome to all new members! This is a new group designed for transport of birds in need of rescue or re-homing. We want to assure safe travel for any bird needing transport. There will be no unweaned birds transported nor will any of our members be responsible for a bird whose health will be compromised by travel.....if your bird is ill, please take him, or her, to a qualified avian veterinarian.....do not ask to transport sick birds. In addition, this list is not for breeders but instead, strictly for rescue situations. There will be no exceptions, so if you breed and are planning to trade or sell a bird to a breeder, please do not join this group! There are several other groups available for breeders. If you are looking for a "free" bird, please do not join this group as there are no free birds in rescue. All messages may be monitored prior being sent to members.
