In memory of Marcie.....Our group is dedicated to dogs with osteosarcoma & other bone cancers and to their guardians who fight bravely. It is a place for support, comfort, guidance, learning, encouragement and hope. It was inspired by Rowdy Roddy Piper, a Rottweiler who lost his fight to bone cancer on September 2, 2004.

This week's Hero is Cheryl's angel Beau: "My son surprised me one day with Beau: all 120 pounds! Jason left home for a while with Beau, who did not like being away from his mom, so Beau moved back. We were inseparable until now. When I really sick, Beau stayed by my side the whole time. He is and always WILL be, my beloved Beau and my HERO. So strong, so proud, and so VERY brave. Right to the end."
